We have a complete range of [Ex] timers, which are used worldwide for safe light control. Our [Ex] timers meet the highest quality standards – according to our quality commitment “Swiss Excellence – Since 1936”.

On the one hand, external [Ex] timers are used for [Ex] light fittings that are not available with internal timers. In particular, these are [Ex] light fittings with stainless steel housings, as the stainless steel housings do not allow the magnetic transmission of a button that is placed on the outside of the housing.

On the other hand, an external [Ex] timer is used if the timer function is to be triggered at a different location (i.e., not at the light fitting, but at a control panel, for example).
